As an instructional coach, instructional specialist, or even a teacher leader, you have the task of improving teaching and learning by leveraging effective communication to build trust & rapport, leading data conversation through  PLCs, & providing instructional coaching to improve instructional outcomes for students.  Your role is dynamic & sometimes unclear, but there’s good news! You don't have to do it alone! Join us for the ESC Region 12 Instructional Coaches’ Academy where we will examine instructional coaching strategies and techniques, coaching tools and protocols, professional development planning, and evidence-based teaching practices, all while focusing on effective communication that builds and maintains relationships. Participants will engage in a book study and network with other coaches.  The academy will consist of 4 full-day, face-to-face meetings. 

The session includes a $25 materials fee that is incorporated into the cost.
