Assistant Principal Academy

Assistant principals have the integral responsibility of providing high-leverage support to both teachers & students; the job is much, much more than simply managing discipline. These sessions will equip assistant principals with the ability to respond to the unique needs of the campus, its teachers, and students, through results-driven practices. Attending assistant principals will apply their learning by using it to develop strategies that will prepare them to proactively influence the current state of conditions, overcome campus challenges, and support a positive learning culture for all.

This training will be applicable for both new & veteran assistant principals as differentiation will be intentionally provided throughout the learning experiences, including with the examples provided, the exercises planned, and the discussions held.
