Our mentoring services offer a dynamic cohort model, fostering collaboration and growth among educators across the region. We specialize in integrating andragogy principles to support mentors, empowering them to share their expertise and lead by example. Our approach prioritizes fostering an educational community where educators continually advance their skills and expertise. In this academy, participants will attend four sessions throughout the year to learn how to support first-year teachers in building teacher credibility, classroom management skills, and high-expectations teaching. Administrators are encouraged to attend session 1 at no additional cost to collaborate with mentors to clarify roles and responsibilities.
