The Principal Manager Leadership Academy is a specialized program designed to equip principal managers with the skills and knowledge needed to drive and sustain multi-year systemic change within educational institutions. Through a comprehensive curriculum, the academy emphasizes the importance of developing, implementing, and monitoring effective systems and structures.
