Dyslexia & Transition
Share
Did you know? Students with Dyslexia can receive tuition reimbursement of funding for college expenses, job exploration counseling, and workplace readiness training to develop social skills and independent living.
The transition process for students with disabilities, including Dyslexia, is an integral part of the special education process. Transition planning and determination of services and supports extends beyond special education. This session will target potentially eligible services and programs, setting up the transition process in the early years and connecting teachers, students, and families with effective transition awareness, planning, and support for the future. It’s never too early to start the transition planning process!
