This session will assist campus and district administrators to gain an understanding of best practices in developing a compensation plan and in completing the weighting tab of the application. Participants will explore resources to ensure the plan is effective and meets statutory requirements. It is recommended to bring a team to the session to allow for collaborate and planning.
