Restorative Discipline Practices for Schools
Online Session

Our Restorative Discipline Practices (RDP) training provides an overview of RDP, the three-tier model and its various components, and a guide to classroom and schoolwide implementation. Participants can take part in restorative circles, connect with other educators about implementation strategies and potential hurdles, and gain greater perspective on the restorative mindset and how to affect overall school climate.

This three-hour virtual training is for educational leadership, teachers, and other stakeholders new to restorative practices. This is not a TOT course, however it will provide participants the information and processes necessary to begin conducting restorative circles in classrooms, as well as other foundational knowledge to take back to educational settings.
