The Principal Manager Leadership Academy is a three-part professional learning series designed to build the capacity of principal managers to lead effective instructional systems through the lens of the Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) framework. Grounded in district and campus vision, the academy equips leaders with tools to define success criteria, support principals through intentional calendaring and coaching, monitor implementation through data, and respond to instructional trends. Through a blend of strategic planning, applied practice, and collaborative reflection, participants will strengthen their ability to lead sustainable, vision-aligned school improvement.
