Best Practices in 18+ Programs

In this workshop, participants will examine the characteristics and qualities of educational environments that impact age-appropriate adult transition services of students ages 18-21. Participants will learn what an 18+ program is and is not and the best practices of adult transition programming. Participants will also explore strategies to provide students with disabilities equal access to a full range of career and vocational education opportunities.

This professional development session will be conducted in person at ESC Region 12. Attendees will receive access to the agenda, handouts, and additional resources during the session.
