This workshop will support you in completion of the Transition Plan. A deep dive into the specific action items within the template, providing practical guidance, key questions to consider, and helpful resources for each. These actions include:
  • Setting Implementation Goals (defining phases, establishing SMART goals)
  • Creating the Conditions for Success (materials access, scheduling, aligned expectations, professional learning, communication)
  • Leading Internalization and PLCs (analyzing current practices, structuring internalization, supporting all learners)
  • Establishing Observation and Feedback Practices (defining expectations, developing feedback cycles)
  • Aligning Assessment Strategy (analyzing current practices, structuring assessment practices)
