The Walsh Gallegos Toolbox 4.2 is a one-day interactive workshop that provides practical strategies for dealing with disruptive behaviors and maintaining compliance with Special Education laws. This one-day workshop includes the framework, vocabulary, and legal parameters for:
- short-term removals
- long-term changes of placement
- rules for "special circumstances"
- non-consensus ARDC meetings
and numerous other scenarios requiring careful consideration. Toolbox 4.2 training simplifies complex areas of law through court case reviews and thorough breakdowns of the decision making processes of campus administrators and ARD committees. Each participant receives a detailed book explaining all the tools and their practical application, with plenty of time throughout the training for Q and A, as well as participant interaction and practice using the tools through hypothetical cases.
