Reading by Design Bridge Training




This training program is exclusively for participants that have been previously trained in a Dyslexia Intervention Program.  Participants must send an email to rkocian@esc12.net with a request to register for this session and a scanned copy of the certificate of attendance for the Dyslexia Program Basics training that clearly shows the dates of attendance. Approved participants will receive an email with permission to register for this workshop. 

Participants will review best practices in dyslexia intervention as learned in the Dyslexia Intervention Program training and bridge this knowledge to the Reading by Design program. Participants will explore the new material in Reading by Design and take a deeper dive into enhanced program components.


Important Session Information:


In order to attend the Reading by Design Bridge course, participants must be fully trained in another dyslexia program. (i.e. Take Flight, MTA, etc.). You will need to provide your certificates to Lindsay Olsen at lindsay.olsen@esc12.net AND Rachael Kocian at rkocian@esc12.net. You will be notified once your certificates have been reviewed and approved to take the course. 

For this intervention to be compliant in Texas public schools, only certified teachers will be able to attend this session.
