The Texas Mentoring Training for Administrators equips district and campus leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to design and implement high-quality mentorship programs aligned with state policy and best practices. This series of four trainings empowers leaders to build systems that ensure mentors and new teachers receive the support necessary for success and retention. Participants will develop competencies to: 

• Create a clear vision for a high-quality mentorship program
• Provide appropriate release time for mentoring through strategic scheduling
• Effectively recruit, select, and assign skilled mentoring educators
• Plan for program sustainability and scaling to support long-term district growth
