TIA - Aligning Rosters, Assessments, and Growth Measures




Build a system for tracking student growth within your Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) framework. This session helps districts launching a new year of data capture ensure eligible teachers, assessments, and growth tracking systems are aligned correctly from day one.

Important Session Information:


Designed for districts beginning a new year of TIA data capture, this session supports teams in verifying eligible teacher rosters, aligning Beginning-of-Year (BOY) assessments to their approved TIA application, and establishing teacher-level student growth trackers. Participants will calendar assessment windows, confirm appropriate assessments for each eligible teacher group, and implement data-storage solutions to monitor assessment completion and securely manage growth data. Districts will leave with a streamlined process to ensure every eligible teacher is accurately connected to the correct students and growth measures, laying the foundation for accurate data collection and a smooth TIA submission.
