TIA - Cultivating Data Culture




This session focuses on moving districts toward a robust TIA data culture.

Participants will explore the infrastructure necessary to maintain teacher buy-in through transparency, frequent feedback loops, and streamlined verification processes. By integrating data discussions into existing Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and clarifying student growth measures, districts can ensure that data validation is a collaborative milestone rather than a high-stakes hurdle.
