This session is designed as a hands-on working experience for districts completing a Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) application, whether applying for the first time, expanding or modifying an existing system, or renewing approval. Participants will actively work on their application components with direct, on-site support from the Region 12 TIA team, receiving guidance on system design, required documentation, and common areas of risk. The session emphasizes practical application, real-time feedback, and clarity around submission expectations to help districts leave with meaningful progress toward a complete and high-quality application.
