This professional development session supports 3rd–5th grade Reading Language Arts teachers and instructional coaches in strengthening student thinking, engagement, and independence. Participants will explore strategies for fostering productive struggle through intentional questioning and meaningful feedback. By the end of the session, educators will leave with practical tools, question stems, feedback strategies, and classroom routines they can immediately implement to promote deeper thinking and student growth.
