School Crisis Response Administrator Master Course: When Decisions and Seconds Count
Multilevel Preparedness for Resuming School Operations and Caring for People

What are the two biggest enemies you will face as a school leader during a crisis situation that impacts your campus or interrupts school operations? Misinformation and Time. You will be expected to make competent and important decisions based on the information you get, and time will be working against you.

Expectations are that our school leaders will be able to respond appropriately and resolutely, keeping students, staff, and the community in mind when a loss or disaster happens that derails academic instruction.

In this course, you will learn about best practices and procedures to address multiple situations that could impact your school and challenge decision-making at a critical time when a leader is expected to provide care, support, resources, and decisive leadership.

Important Session Information:

When a crisis hits your campus, the clock starts ticking. Are you ready to be the anchor in the storm?

A school emergency demands more than just a plan—it demands a leader who can command the room with a steady hand, mobilize the right resources at a moment's notice, and lead a community from heartbreak back to hope.

In this high-impact session, we’re stripping away the theory and giving you the battle-tested playbook for Psychological First Aid. You’ll gain exclusive access to strategies forged over 20 years of boots-on-the-ground experience and 200+ real-world crisis engagements.
