This half-day session offers a deep dive into the Effective District Framework (EDF), focusing on research-based strategies to strengthen district systems and elevate student outcomes. Participants will explore the six levers of the EDF to learn how aligning resources and fostering continuous improvement creates a more rigorous, supportive student experience. You’ll leave with an overview of tools needed to drive systemic change and maximize effectiveness throughout your district, while discovering opportunities for growth and potential support/actions toward change.
