Repairing the Harm Circle – Coordinator Tier II Training (Module 2) - Through interactive discussions and role-play activities, this course will cover essential topics such as repairing harm and understanding how student behavior impacts others. Participants will gain the skills to facilitate open dialogue during conflict using guided restorative questions. Participants will also understand their role as a Restorative Practitioner or Restorative Coordinator in helping individuals repair harm, rebuild relationships, and support others in accepting responsibility for their actions.
