This training builds on Modules 1 and 2 and focuses on implementing the Re-Entry Circle and Circle of Support and Accountability. Participants will learn how to support students transitioning back into the educational setting by developing structured systems that promote both accountability and support. This training will provide clear notes, real-life examples, and detailed explanations to model effective implementation of re-entry practices. Module 1: Tier 1-Community Building Circle and Module 2: Tier 2-Repairing the Harm are prerequisites for this 6-hour course.
Strong re-entry systems help students successfully transition back into the learning environment, reduce repeat behaviors, and strengthen long-term student success.
Training Objectives
Participants will:
- Facilitate Re-Entry Circles or Circles of Support and Accountability to support student transitions
- Develop Accountability Agreements using SMART Goals to guide student behavior and progress
- Monitor student progress through structured check-ins and ongoing support systems
- Connect students with trusted adults to strengthen relationships and accountability
- Support successful reintegration into the classroom environment
