The PREP Residency Preservice Program supports school systems in implementing and sustaining paid preservice teacher residency programs, providing with a yearlong, hands-on clinical experience under the guidance of an experienced host teacher and approved EPP partner.

This two-day design training equips district teams to build a cohesive residency program aligned with PREP allotment assurances. Participants will engage in collaborative planning and goal setting, develop practical tools for progress monitoring, and identify next steps to launch or strengthen residency programs in support of preservice residents and host teachers. 

Registration includes participation for up to three district team members.
