Principal PLC: The Mid-Year Appraisal: Aligning Student Growth to T-TESS Performance




During this session, you will analyze student growth trends across classrooms and backward design goal progress to be used during formal MOY T-TESS conferences. By grounding performance ratings in objective student data, you will ensure that teacher evaluations are both fair and growth-oriented. You will leave with a completed Individual Teacher Goal Progress summary for each staff member, ready to be reviewed during mid-year T-TESS check-ins.
