Principal PLC: The Final Evaluation: Orchestrating the T-TESS Summative Cycle & Master Scheduling




As the academic year draws to a close, this session is dedicated to the strategic finalization of the appraisal cycle. During this session, the leadership team will create a synchronized summative schedule that balances the heavy load of final conferences with daily campus operations. By mapping out every conference and report deadline, you will ensure that all staff members receive their summative ratings and end-of-year reflections in a timely and professional manner. Participants will also begin the process of determining best practices for next year's master scheduling.
