In this final strategic summit of the year, the leadership team will translate academic outcomes into organizational structure. Using the newly finalized EOY Screener Data, the team will evaluate the effectiveness of current instructional placements and identify necessary shifts for the next academic cycle. During this session, you will discuss and finalize staffing placements by matching teacher strengths with specific student needs and grade-level gaps revealed in the data. This collaborative process ensures that every classroom is led by the best-fit educator to drive growth in the new year.
