Meaningful Discipline: Aligning Systems and Frameworks to Promote Positive Behaviors
Online Session

Before changing behavior in the classroom, we must establish a cohesive framework. This session explores how to integrate various systems and processes into a functional umbrella of support. You will learn to:
  • Align your discipline matrix with positive support frameworks
  • Integrate MTSS, PBIS, and SEL as cohesive factors in a unified system
  • Establish a common language for staff and students
  • Reduce educator burnout through systematic clarity and predictability.

Meaningful Discipline is a specialized training series for educators focused on replacing punitive-only disciplinary models with evidence-based alternatives. This series will help administrators, special education directors, and other stakeholders navigate the challenges associated with discipline, compliance, and special education.

Participants will have access to a folder with all resources from each session, including slide decks, notes, and other reference materials.
