G/T Basic I: Nature and Needs of Gifted Learners
Summer 2026 Virtual




Participants will demonstrate an understanding of the characteristics and behaviors of gifted learners in order to develop programs that meet their needs. This is the first of five six-hour training sessions, and it forms the core of the 30 hours of G/T training certification. This workshop meets state requirements for G/T basic training in nature and needs of G/T students.

G/T Co-op members may attend at no additional fee.

We look forward to seeing you on Zoom! This is a live, interactive session that runs from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. To make the most of our time together, we ask that all participants stay engaged and keep their videos on for the duration of the training.

The Zoom link will be emailed prior to the event.
