**School Improvement Intervention




Discover how district decisions shape campus conditions to drive student experiences and outcomes in this foundational orientation to the updated Effective District Framework (EDF) and Effective School Framework (ESF). This session will establish a growth mindset for engaging in the school improvement process while preparing leadership teams for the upcoming fall diagnostic cycle. Participants will unpack both frameworks side by side, examine how their systems connect, and gain clarity on critical diagnostic pre-work requirements—including required artifact submission, administrator questionnaires, and the Lever 4 Local Classroom Review (LCR). Leave equipped to map out an honest starting point that turns an accurate assessment into sustainable campus growth.
