ESC Speech Pathology Webinar Series
Bidirectionality of Executive Function: Preventing Burnout Amidst Everyday Challenges

This interactive webinar series has proven to be an excellent source of continuing education for many speech pathologists and other school staff since 2012. In this series, we are once again offering high-quality learning opportunities, so speech pathologists and speech pathology assistants can improve upon their existing skill set. Developed through the thoughtful collaboration of ALL twenty education service centers, we have secured respected presenters to deliver timely and high-level learning topics, all conveniently delivered to your computer/device.  The more informed you are, the better prepared you are to serve your students.  Join us throughout the school year for any one, a few, or all of our SLP webinars.

Important Session Information:

Clinical success depends on navigating conflicts and challenging situations. The bidirectional interplay between clinicians’ and students’ Executive Function interferes with treatment adherence, weakening transfer and generalization. This session will introduce the framework of bidirectional selfregulation and evidence-based EF strategies that foster emotional agility, personal efficacy, and resilience, enhancing personal problem-solving while reducing burnout.
