This 3 part series magnifies a need across the state and our Region 12 area: How do we crack the case of Experienced Emergent Bilingual students aka "Long Term Emergent Bilingual" students?

Thousands of experienced Emergent Bilingual students—socially fluent, highly cooperative, and seemingly competent—have hit a linguistic ceiling.
