Using the TELPAS Educator Guide as our roadmap, this series guides educators through unpacking proficiency levels, applying high-impact instructional scaffolds, and tracking student growth. Participants will gain actionable strategies to empower Emergent Bilingual students across all four language domains.

  • Departure & Entry Requirements – Unpacking the Guide & Standards

  • Participants will map out the essential TELPAS proficiency levels, standards, and language descriptors to establish a strong foundational departure point for student success.

    • This three part series will also examine the "crossover" ELPS ( ELPS assessed through 2028).
