The TEA-ESC TEHCY Quarterly Meeting brings together regional leaders from all 20 Education Service Centers to strengthen statewide collaboration and support the effective implementation of the Texas Education for Homeless Children and Youth (TEHCY) program.

This TEA-led meeting provides essential program updates, policy guidance, and opportunities for collaboration among ESC representatives who work directly with school districts to support students experiencing homelessness.

Participants will engage in meaningful discussions, exchange successful strategies, address common challenges, and align on statewide priorities that promote educational access, stability, and student success. The meeting reinforces the shared commitment of TEHCY leaders to removing barriers to enrollment, attendance, and academic achievement for children and youth experiencing homelessness across Texas.
