Best Practices in 18+ Programs In this workshop, participants will examine the characteristics and qualities of educational environments that impact age-appropriate adult transition services of students ages 18-21. Participants will learn what an 18+ program is and is not and the best practices of adult transition programming. Participants will also explore strategies to provide students with disabilities equal access to a full range of career and vocational education opportunities.
