Digital Citizenship and Social Media Responsibility 101 How long is your digital history? Young people today are faced with the enormous responsibility of knowing what they can or can't, should or shouldn't post online. In this session, participants will learn about the most common applications or "apps" used by youth today, misconceptions of youth regarding social media, pitfalls that can be very costly for their future, and much more. Cyber-bullying and cyber-harassment will be defined and valuable resources will be shared with participants (as educators and as parents) to help keep kids safe online. This training is a must for those working directly with students as our digital world is increasingly in-demand.
